Governing Law / Disputes

You agree that: the Jelfin website shall be deemed solely based in the State of Nevada.

The Jelfin website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Jelfin, LLC, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

This Agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Nevada applicable to agreements entered into and to be wholly performed therein, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in Clark County, Nevada. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Jelfin website, Jelfin products, this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, shall be litigated only in courts having situs within Clark County, Nevada and the parties consent to be subject to personal jurisdiction in any local, state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada.

Void Where Prohibited

Our Web site originates in and is controlled and operated by Jelfin from its offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although this Web site is accessible worldwide, this Web site may not be appropriate or available for use elsewhere, and access to the Web site from locations where its contents are illegal is not authorized.
